Spirit Away is always our first port of call for travel. Most recently, we have returned from a trip to India incorporating Jaipur and a tiger safari in Ranthambore, Rajasthan, before flying south to Cochin where we were immersed in a plethora of tea and spice plantations as well as the tranquil backwaters of Kerala. As always, a well thought out itinerary but over and above that the added value comes in the level of service that Caroline delivers ensuring that our entire travelling experience never fails to meet expectations. Her knowledge of destinations, and her willingness to suggest ideas or itineraries are a godsend. Also the ability to cope with the most complicated schedule, fitting together multi-destination holidays with flights, transfers, hotels, and those all-important “extras” such as dinner reservations, theatre tickets, speciality hire cars, down to a dozen red roses for my wife waiting in the room on Valentine’s day, are what makes me use Spirit Away Travel for all my holiday bookings. Perhaps one other very important factor in always returning to Caroline is that she is always available. Ah ‘tis holiday time again, and this time we {went} to Grenada and the Spice Island Beach Resort courtesy of Caroline at Spirit Away Travel who arranged everything... So, many thanks Caroline for suggesting, and organising our hols. It was great. Here’s to the next trip.

“…another trip was planned {by Caroline}; this time Vietnam. Back to Caroline who expertly and effortlessly came up with a wonderful itinerary allowing me and a girlfriend of mine to see the entire country as well as having some perfect R&R time at the end of the trip. We were met and greeted at every hotel and provided with cheerful and fun guides. Preferring to travel in a non- group scenario it is vitally important to have guides who you really connect with as you spend a lot of time with them seeing all the wonders of Vietnam. Trip two - a triumph!

…time to reward myself and my son with an adventure in the form of travel. Canada was our destination and having a very savvy young son who knows the internet like the back of his hand it was decided that we should design this trip on our own. Two days into the planning I put my hands up in the air and cried “Help”………this was too stressful and cumbersome. This is where Caroline came into the picture….She took me by the hand and guided me through brochures, options, possibilities and all in a very calm and professional way. The end result was a trip of a lifetime. We saw the most amazing places, stayed in wonderful accommodation, were met by reps and our itinerary couldn’t have been more suitable for a mother and son trip.

Thanks a million for putting.. {our holiday} together for us. You got it absolutely spot on and we will remember this first overseas big road-trip together for a long time. The pace was just right and the places we stayed in fabulous. There were days when comfort was the name of the game and others when there was definite luxury, just the kind of mix I like and you now know is my cup of tea… There were some very subtle and lovely moments of magic dust being sprinkled and I wonder if that is your doing?! In which case, massive thanks.… For now, a million thanks from the bottom of my heart and the same goes for Robert of course.”
